Restaurantosaurus
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Wednesday for lunch
There wasn’t a single quick-service restaurant other than Restaurantosaurus that had something vegan (or easily veganizable) at Animal Kingdom, so we headed over there for lunch. (Full disclosure: We also stopped here because Dalice really likes dinosaurs.) I got the Vegetable Sub with sweet potato fries. They made me a fresh one without cheese, onions, or mushrooms (I sound so picky!), and it ended up taking a surprisingly long time.
It was good enough. I don’t really remember much about it except that the bread was pretty good. I think I may have gotten a piece of cheesecake (not vegan!) and had a bit of that, too.
The next time we go to Animal Kingdom, I’d probably try to make sure we have a large breakfast and maybe grab a snack while we’re at the park instead of eating at Restaurantosaurus again. Animal Kingdom isn’t a full-day park for us anyway, so that would be doable.
